4 week Breathwork Course
Welcome to my signature course.
A fully guided system of deep healing Breathwork and integration support over 4 powerful weeks.
I have developed this course over 5 years of guiding souls through this inner journey and it becomes more potent each time I offer it. Something very magical happens as the spaces are filled, a gathering of the right people in the right space at the exact moment we are destined to work together.
The sessions are 2 hours each week to deeply explore your life’s journey through the energetics of your body - the stories, patterns, beliefs that have been formed along the way and are informing your current experience. You will learn about the incredible tool of conscious breath and be held and supported fully through guided Breathwork, movement and meditation and a beautiful soundscape. You will be invited to journey inward, release the past and dissolve the emotional residue held in your body that is blocking your path to expansion.
These 4 special Breathwork Journeys are designed as both an anchor and an opening to your deepest self and you will be held lovingly and safely by me as an experienced Breathwork Practitioner.

4 x 2 hour Breathwork Journeys
Each session is a fully guided journey through self-enquiry, gentle movement and opening active breath patterns, a Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey, Q&A and sharing circle to close.
Healing Workbook with weekly guidance and home practice.
2 months of the RISE Breathwork support programme valued at $118 including; a live online weekly 30 min Breathe Class, a full length Integration Breathwork Journey online and a large library of on-demand digital practices that will be offered as home practice during the course.

We begin grounded in the reality of our existence, our connection to the earth, the challenges and lessons of our birth family and the core armour we have developed to help us survive the world.

Sacral, Solar Plexus Chakras - Water & Fire Elements
The lower energy centres hold the energies and emotional debris of unresolved trauma, self-limiting beliefs and stories that continue to keep us less than we are. This is a deep energy releasing session drawing on the water element to clear and restore balance and the fire of transformation to ignite your spirit.

Throat, Third Eye Chakra - Ether & Light Elements
Here we become ready to hear the voice of truth, what we feel deeply in our body. We explore the ways in which we are holding back the expression of our true and authentic selves. We connect go our intuitive self and enter a new realm of trusting our unique and sacred path.

Heart, Crown Chakra - Air & Spirit Elements
Our final ceremony is a heart activation and journey to the Crown of your being, a celebration of you! The culmination of all the sessions before allows us a deep and fulfilling journey into the mystery and magic of who we are. We sense our own divine intelligence and the huge potential we have as our own master healer.
