  • Honestly - everyone! I am yet to find a person who hasn't benefited from Breathwork. The nature of the breath is that it works with your unique landscape, your emotions, the state of the nervous system and whatever particular challenges you have in your life.

    Best for 15+ in the online environment as a developing nervous system under stress needs special care. This also applies if you are experiencing severe stress or major trauma, please reach out to discuss whether RISE or my private service is best.

    I am more than happy for the membership to be shared across a family unit breathing from home together.
