Warrantee Policy
Both ultrasound salinizer Saltair Domo and Dry Salt Inhaler, have a full one year manufacturer-warranty.
All our products come with a guarantee against defects in manufacturer’s materials and workmanship. If a defect should arise, contact us and we will try to solve the problem.
Return Policy
Halosense Inc. makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact us immediately and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent.
If you have not received your order within 15 working days from the dispatch date you should contact us. If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent.
Refund Policy
If your purchase from Healthy Nutrition Ltd. is found to be faulty or unsatisfactory, please return it to us in its original packaging, in good condition, within 30 days for a full refund.
There is an exempt for the DSI due to hygiene and no refunds are accepted for this item.
After the 30 days money back guarantee, the manufacturer warranty is in effect. If the product brakes and is under the one year warranty, the customer will pay for the shipping cost one way and we will repair or replace and pay the shipping cost back to the customer.
